Roxanne won the fight by an unanimous decision. Roxanne was dominant and defeated Barber. Maycee's losing streak continued as she lost to Alexa Grasso via the unanimous verdict in UFC 258. Barber won over Miranda Maverick via split-decision at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw. Barber fought Montana De La Rosa on April 23rd, 2020. She took victory via unanimity. Later, on July 2, 2022, Barber took on Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. Barber won this fight by the majority vote. This was the final fight of Barber's contracts with UFC. Barber resigned her contract in the following year. Barber has won her latest fight with Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 in UFC Fight Night: Vera against. Sandhagen via the split decision.
