Barber's next match was with Miranda Maverick, at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Dillashaw: Sandhagen won by split decision. At UFC Fight Night 205 on 23rd April 2022 Barber fought against Montana De La Rosa and was victorious via unanimity. Barber later replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and faced Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. It was also the last fight under her contract with UFC. However, later in the year, she signed a new deal with the organization. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on the 25th of March 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by an overwhelming decision.
